I was hoping this would last a bit longer, but it started wearing out way faster than I expected. Maybe I just used it more than average, or maybe the material just isn't... I don't know, it just didn't hold up great for me.

I reached out before ordering because I had what seemed like a simple question, but getting an answer was weirdly frustrating.

The replies took a while, and when they finally came through, they felt kind of off, like they weren’t really answering what I actually asked. I had this strong feeling they hadn’t fully read my message, even though I can’t totally explain it.

I ended up repeating myself and still never got a clear answer. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but the whole communication thing left a bad feeling, and I didn’t feel good about buying from them.

I thought the stuff on the site looked decent overall, and it seems like they have a good selection. That said, the prices felt a bit higher than I was expecting. I ended up finding similar supplies elsewhere for less, even after factoring in shipping. It’s definitely not a bad site, but for me it was a little hard to justify paying more.

I reached out hoping to get the issue sorted out, but nothing really got fixed. I kept getting the same kind of replies, and it felt like no real help, no real solution, no real progress.

I ordered a set of trays and one of them arrived cracked. I sent photos right away, but then it just got slow and confusing. I had to email more than once before anyone actually responded. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but after dealing with all that, I probably wouldn’t order from them again

I bought these seed trays thinking they were going to be a bit tougher than the cheaper ones, so I feel a little misled. A few of them cracked just from being moved while full of soil, and the corners feel flimsy. For the price, I expected better and wouldn’t buy them again.

When my trays showed up, I was actually excited to start using them. I opened the box, picked one up, and right away I was surprised by how thin the plastic felt. As I moved them around, they flexed more than I expected, which made me feel like they probably wouldn’t hold up very well over time. For what I paid, I thought they’d be a lot sturdier. After handling them for a bit, I just couldn’t shake the feeling that they weren’t built to last. I don’t think I’d buy them again

I don’t know, maybe it works better for other setups, but for mine the design just felt kind of impractical. I kept wondering if I was missing something, but using it ended up being harder than expected and frustrating...

I expected a bit more for what I paid. The items were "okay," but nothing really stood out enough to make the price feel worth it. I kept thinking I probably could have found something similar for cheaper somewhere else. Overall, I’m just not that happy with the "value."

I bought this mainly because it was locally made, which I really wanted to support. But i’m not sure it felt worth paying extra for. It’s not bad, exactly, just maybe not quite what I expected for the price.

The package arrived just fine, but the instructions were really confusing. I kept having to guess what the next step was and look up videos to make sure I wasn’t messing it up. For something that should’ve been straightforward, it ended up being kind of frustrating. If my experience is anything to go by, they probably need to rewrite the instructions for everyone.

Maybe it’s just me, but I expected the packaging to hold up a little better. The box showed up crushed, and the trays inside were cracked when I opened it.

I was really disappointed when this showed up busted right out of the package. I was looking forward to using it, but obviously that’s not happening in this condition. I’m not happy about having to deal with this, and I’d expect a replacement or refund to make up for the trouble.

I’m not usually one to complain, but my order had some wrong or missing items, so it wasn’t really what I paid for. I guess mistakes happen, but it was annoying to have to deal with.

I felt misled by this. It seemed like assembly was going to be simple, but the instructions were confusing and some of the parts didn’t even line up the way they were supposed to. I spent way too long trying to figure it out and ended up giving up halfway through

In my experience, it was fine at first, but once the wind and rain picked up, it really didn’t seem to hold up well. Maybe it’s better suited for calmer conditions, but I wouldn’t personally count on it in rough weather...
